i see "GANJA GRANNY" is at it again.
the last couple of days has shown me how far behind the times liverpool fans are on and off the pitch.
granny henry is not a liverpool supporter, every year he pumps money into your club to keep it afloat.
his latest statement is what arsenal fans have been told for 8 years, the difference is we had a new stadium to pay for where as you just have debt.
suarez will move it may not be to arsenal but he will move and liverpool will put all the emphasis on LUIS to quell the back lash from the supporter for not buying a world class replacement.
liverpool fans need to remember you employed rodgers not because he's a world class manager but because he will build a club on prospects on a low budget.
i read a post on here where a liverpool supporter said the stadium renovation would be paid for out of new sponsorship deals, tell me how are you going to do it and still be able to compete.
liverpool are a decade behind arsenal.
liverpool fans should be looking at arsenal with envy rather than coming on here and talking about the past.
you are no different than chelsea or city, you tried to buy success and you failed and now your paying the price.

Akie, although I agree Arsenal have way way way more things to be cheerful about than Liverpool. Why do you think Arsenal have nearly paid off the debt?
Debt is due to be paid off in 2031. A mere 18 years from now. Unless there is a takeover before then, Arsenal will not be debt-free until 2031.
The debt comes down just £6m each year and the interest on top of that is around £16m a year. The debt is easily manageable, but a debt nonetheless.
