Why is it that you are all crying out for Wenger to spend, yet when he says he will you continue to criticize him for not spending? He said we will bring in players and you still go mad at him. Why?

I would like to remind everyone that Arsene Wenger is a FOOTBALL MANAGER. He knows far more about football than we do.

Most people are angry because it's all talk and no action, the transfer window has been open for 46 days, the new season kicks off in two days and we have no new additions to help the club move forward.

For goodness sake the man said he will bring new players in before the window closes, so stop getting on like moaning minnies, Man United you are in the same boat, also chelsea and lfc have bought distinctly average squad players, everyone is after the same small group of top players, calm down, it will happen

Nowhere does Wenger say that we will spend the money we have and bring in new players. The only thing he says is:

“There are 18 days to go, so that is a long time in the transfer market and we will be active.

“I cannot certify what the number [of players coming in will be] but we will be active until the end, that is for sure.”

I wasn't moaning I was simply saying why people are frustrated. And United aren't in the same boat as us that squad won the premier league, Liverpool have made some smart acquisition, and Schurrle is anything but average will be a top player for Chelsea, City and Spurs have also added to the squad.
