Cesc is 100% not joining arsenal trust me. for wenger to turn him down at that price and let him join a PL rival he must have something pretty big planned! Talk about putting pressure on yourself after signing a new contract. Over to you arsene, and sorry dags but if we sign remy as our only striking option however you think he maybe unstoppable, it will just be not good enough again from wenger. We're arsenal football club, ozil has set the bench mark it's now time to kick on with WC players.

I think the Cesc bit has gone over the top.

The player is not negotiating with anyone, surely his agent is drumming this up.

while Chelsea maybe favourites, that does mean that they have fixed their forward issues. as I remember that was their priority. but again nothing has been signed just agreed, so besides Costa they will surely go in for another striker.

also I feel chelsea will need to sell oscar for Cesc to join them.

Do not see why Mourinho will want cesc, its not like the player likes him, but then again money is the main love interest.

For those who say cesc is a Lampard Replacement, I thought they signed Tiago from Athletico Madrid on a free to be Lampards cover.

For me Wenger has to be upto something, DM, LM, ST, RB, GK, CB I mean clearly a lot of positions to cover, and not sell any players is quite a task.

while someone did mention it awhile back on here, I would Offer Ozil and Vermalen to barcelona for Cesc and Alexis Sanchez.

saying that for me, Ozil is a better player to Cesc, just needs time to bed in. only reason I would do that deal is probably cause barca would take Ozil and vermalen to fix their issues and we would get cesc back and fix a forward position, which in todays timeline costs a billion pounds.

I think all the Cesc talk (whether true or not) is a product of the feeling that Hazard and/or Oscar may leave Chelsea. Hazard wants to go to PSG and some think Oscar fell out with Mourinho. Don't know if that will happen, but if so they'll need MF reinforcements.
