The Fabregas talk is tedious. He left us and we didn't need him back, as we have other priorities.
I wish we would wake up and arrange some signings.
1) Keeper - Begovic, Ruddy or Reina
2) RB - Richards
3) CB - Hangelan as cover for Merte & if Vermaelen leaves - Lescott
3) Def Midfield - Pogba, De Jong &/or Fellaini
4) Striker - Balotelli

Lescott? Why on earth would we sign Lescott - regardless of whether he's a free transfer or not?

I agree with Robbie. There is no way we can get someone like Hummels and make him 4th choice CB. We need someone with experience who can provide good cover when called upon

If we take heed of Wenger, we will only sign 2 or 3 players. We definitely need a keeper, so the other two will be a midfield player & a striker. It means Jenks is our right back, with Bellerin as back up.

The only other signing will be a CB, if Vermaelen departs.

I have a horrible feeling it will be yet another disappointing transfer window. So far we have lost Fabianski & Sagna, with no replacements.
