What are people's views on this yellow card fiasco.
Personally I feel that we should introduce a Sin Bin maybe for 15 minutes. I'm seeing a lot of second yellow cards getting shown for what I would call minor things then of course it gets followed up with the red. Take Debuchy last night as an example. Did his offences really! justify him being sent off for the rest of the game? Of course they never. It ruins the game for the supporters who have paid their money whether watching live or at home. I think a sending off should be for an offence that is serious or deliberate enough to cause injury. Not for putting your hand on someone's shoulder and holding them back. It's ridiculous. What do you all think?

I think the current system is fine for fouls it just that sometimes it seems every foul is deemed a yellow card when it is just a foul.

I think the Sin Bin could work for the non bad tackle area. I am talking about the peity things like kicking the ball away, blatent time wasting and over arguing with the ref could be offences that rather than a yellow card would be better served as a short period in such a sin bin. That way the players will still think twice before doing it but games would not get totally spolied by getting 2nd yellow's for such silly things.

Platini is that you? ;-)

Well interesting idea but I'd rather stick to the current rules. This isn't Hockey.

If it was the other way round and it was a Besiktas player we wouldn't have this convocation about yellow cards because we would all say hooooray he's off.

On a separate issue I thought Debuchy was lucky not to be given a straight Red. Twice he put his hands on the Ref while protesting and you could see the Ref wasn't best pleased.
