Ed, reports saying there's issues with Paulista's work permit if we sign him, you heard anything similar?

I'm really not getting this one at all, why are we trying to sign a CD for 10-15m with permit problems when Winston Rweid can be got for half the price and is ready to go in the EPL?

Also is that how Willian and Oscar got to Chelsea - I know Oscar was playing in the under21s not sure about the firsts.

As Ed001 said, the player has to demonstrate exceptional talent and would improve the English game/league.
