Who should Arsenal pick as next captain? I'm not sure about mertesacker. I think Aaron Ramsey.

Cech unless he keeps getting beat with low shots from outside the box or flaps like James at corners

He's a winner, talks sense, commands respect and sees the game in front of him. Plus we suck defending so a strong captain in the back 5 works for me.

I'd like Ramsay as captain but him and Wilshere hate each other which could cause too much friction to give him the role.

I would go for either Cech or Kos. This thing of a non-playing captain should be reserved for tennis. Ramsey currently won't make it into the starting eleven. Unless Wenger plays him out of position on the right wing again this season.
