Jesus out for 3 months is a massive blow for us, I know he hasn’t scored in a while but his work rate and what he does for the team is one of the reasons where we are today, I don’t think there is anyone in the squad that can take his place, we need somthing special in January.

Hi Stephen unfortunately we had to let Giroud go to get Auba, and that seemed like good business at the time.

Doesn't Toney have an investigation going on at the moment regarding betting? I'm pretty sure I read that and that he could be facing a ban.

That would make sense Stephen, I do think it's important we don't panic buy, this is something Mikel and the club resisted doing last January but equally if a player we were genuinely interested in before Jesus's injury becomes available this January then doing all we can to make it happen is surely the right thing to do.

Toney is the one. I think it’s worth taking a chance even if we have him for three months from January, Jesus should be back by then and I believe both can play at the time.
