I've said it a million times. The criticism of Wenger is not wholly unjustified. I realize there are two camps set in their ways, but you have to look at hard facts. Really guys, how many years running do you need to see the same thing happen before you realize that things aren't as rosy as you like to pretend? Albert Einstein said “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. †The people who booed don't love their club any less than you. They love their club, want to see it succeed, and feel they are being cheated out of that chance by a very Einsteinien definition of insanity. We love Arsenal. We love the players we have. However, we know that we are not in a statistically strong position. Going in this year with the same squad we had last year expecting something better is insane. Failing to invest in world class players when our rivals will undoubtedly continue to do so is insane. Telling everyone you intend to spend, and then showing no signs that you are even trying isn't just insane, it's insulting, and sociopathic. Arsenal is one of the best run businesses in football. Guess what? Football isn't good business. Do you realize that an average club that manages to be financially stable is no better an investment than a single Tesco shop? People invest in clubs for name recognition. I'm sorry if this is news to you, but christ. read a book. Statistics show that you can either be a successful club on the pitch, or at the bank; not both. We love you Arsenal, we do. And it's because of that love, that we want you to succeed.

Transfermarkt has the probability of Higuain to Arsenal at just 35%, but Jovetic at 51%. I feel like these are flipped, but I like Transfermarkt so I don't really know what to think.
Agent raising prospect value for Tottenham bidding war.
Gervinho to be sidelined for entire season due to global XXL headband shortage.
Jack. You don't need to give us the Believable/Unbelievable instructions on all of your posts. Most of us have been here for a while, and I think everyone has a pretty good grasp of how the site works. That said. I don't really rate him, and I haven't read anything that convinces me it's a real possibility.
Ok then. Thanks Mr. 002.
We need to not worry about how much we spend on transfers, what we spend on wages determines our position. I'd rather see to it that our best players are paid well enough to stay, than buy players that will leave when someone offers them a bigger paycheck.
Also Ed002, I too am happy to see you return, I would never support the kind of abuse you received before you left, but I wonder what it is exactly that you plan on commenting on if not targets or business, that being the main focus of this page. {Ed002's Note - I don't plan on commenting on anything, but will answer questions not related to Arsenal targets - as I have hust done with a question about Di Maria.}
OUR ffs. OUR. Anyway, Sagna is better than Rafael, and Per is class. Sure he's a bit slow, but his defensive sense is unmatched by anyone Man United has to offer.
I've missed Metal Gooner rants. The only bright spot in otherwise $#!7 seasons.
Verbal contracts still carry weight. Particularly with a witness.
Diaby won't be match fit until December at the earliest. So. are you talking about loaning him out in January? Even then he may not be ready, and who would take the risk?
Surely the un-named wunderposter is drunk. What a riveting string of nonsense and excitement. For those of you giving him/her stick for "soccer" I do ask that you keep in mind that even the English occasionally called it soccer until the mid 70s when the US started pretending to take the sport seriously. Would a rose by any other name not smell as sweet? Calm down.
