He doesn't contribute enough with the ball and without it, vocally he IS NOT a leader, let's be honest you don't sub your captain, he is supposed to be the man. Is Arteta scared of a difficult conversation?

Give it to DR now show some backbone and get things sorted.

{Ed025's Note - Deco has not been at his best lately Banbury and while i think hes world class im not sure about captain material, but saying that i dont think MO is either mate and i see Gabby and Willy as the team leaders..
