Eds, what's your view on the whole arsene Wenger debate, do you think he's still the man to take the club forward or he should resign at the end of next season? I can imagine Wenger stepping down if another unsuccseful season happens again.

{Ed025's Note - hes stepping down anyway alam, he wanted to go at the end of last season but was persuaded to stay for 1 more year mate..

I agree with Sanogo let's stop the Arsene debate and concentrate of the season ahead, if we win the league or get extremely close after a long sustained challenge that gets to game 37 with us well in the running we would all be happy for him to continue and if he doesn't his contract is up and there's nothing left to say on the subject.
Let's all wait and see and maybe if we're lucky we will all be Arsene in this time next year.

Ed025, this might sound a bit silly but still, does last season means the season that has just ended?

{Ed025's Note - yes mate..

Hiya, Liverpool supporter here, just being nosey. Do you think Arsene will retire or go to another club? I love him personally, understand how Arsenal supporters get frustrated with him, but he's a gentleman, and a damn site more personable than some of the arse-hat managers out there. He'll be a loss to the EPL imo.

{Ed025's Note - im with you on that one super, he is expected to retire at the end of next season mate..

hi all, i strongly believe wenger leaving would be bad for us. he has just started buying players as arsenal have only truly started spending in the last 3 years. for all wenger haters out there, we would be like villa now if he left us when so many other big clubs came calling for him. i also believe that without his constant qualification for champions league we would not have been able to pay the loans for the emirates project off in the manner we have. all of this achieved when we were selling our top talent when the big clubs came calling. for what? all to make arsenal from a normal club into a BIG club. i strongly believe that if wenger was allowed he would have bought players in the past but due to financial hurdles and shitty general staff he wasn't able to get the players he wanted. i think wenger should bring on a strong assistant manager and better (YOUNGER) general staff who will kick the players ass to keep them on their toes as he's too old IMO to deal with the younger players. another thing that is important is that the players need not just respect but also relate to their managers and since wenger doesn't really have that kind of personality and he always stands up for his players even when they lose. i believe someone like berkamp would be an awesome choice to come in as AM to keep the lads hungry and at their best (example: zidane at madrid) and maybe take over one day from wenger. on another note positive signs seeing wenger with dein at ENG vs POR, oooo how i wish he dein never left : (.

in conclusion wenger leaving is going to leave a crater in arsenal so i don't know why all fans are asking for his immediate exit. the man hasn't delivered in the last 10 years but he is also the man who has given us the only golden league trophy in the games history and a style of play that resembles what johan cruyff left at Barcelona and see where they are today. i will never stop respecting the man as he is truly a legend and someone who will be credited with arsenal future glories because of what he did for our club just like johan cruyff is credited for barcelona.

of course this is all open for debate and opinions are more than welcome if they are civil :)
