For what? No one here wants wenger to fail, we all want the best for the club. If wenger can pull of these transfers then he goes some way to proving he is what is best and everyone will be happy with that.

Why are you planning to apologise for all your inane comments.

Nobody needs apologise for having an opinion. The window has been a bit of a shambles but it looks like Wenger has pulled something out of the bag at the last minute. I think we should all be pleased and get on with supporting the team. Everyone is a winner you get to say Wenger still has it. The fans who called for a big name signing will have got it and we all get to hear more about your compulsive obsession with Wenger.

No there won't.

If we get Ozil, he will be a fantastic signing as he is a great player but let's face it attacking midfielders is not exactly something we are short of.

A world class centre back, a world class defensive mid (pleased we got Flamini always liked him but not quite Lars Bender or Gustavo) an experienced world class keeper Schez can learn from and be challenged by and a striker like oh Higuain (Ba ok but not marquee).

Oizil / Di Maria potential signings may have been held up by Bale but other business should have been done early.

Last day signings is a high risk strategy, you can get gazzumped and be left with nothing and no time to remedy it.
