Lets play a game, someone posts a player and you rate how good the signing would be out of 100.
For example I'd say a player, like Cavani, then someone would reply a number between 1 and 100 of how good it would be.
For me Cavani would only be 42, I think he's great but not for 51million.
Ill get us started by saying Manolas.

Khedira 78, I would love to see him.
Ulster, i'd have Rojo at 76/77, He would be a great signing, as for Ben Arfa, i'd have him at 46 because I don't think he's the right player for us.
