Just feel we are so ponderous in attack. A bit like a basketball team but as in basketball the defence usually gets time to get set. Teams allow us on to them and we pitter patter about waiting for the killer ball - but trouble is the defence has 4 midfielders and 5 defenders so there is no space at all. With our pace Sanchez, Ox and Wally plus our new striker! we should be hitting people on the break dare I say like Chelski with Cesc playing in Costa etc. Also why do we insist on just about putting enough roll on the ball when we pass? Ponderous again and let's people get set in defence drives me mental! Hit that pass we have ball players who are good enough to control it! Good news is we are unbeaten and can a) add to the ranks in next 24 hours and b) surely we cannot keep playing so slowly . Still confident we will have a very good season! PS Where was Jack today? Would have removed Ozil at or just after half time COYG

Sussex AFC,
Good post which I agree,
What scares me most is that our manager is so out of date in his thinking that we will not change anything in our tactics or BUY anybody else before the window closes,
We have bought ONE player in and replaced the others who have left,
Fabinaski, Ospina
Vermalen, chambers
Sagna, debuchy
The promise of a "start of something" on the back of the FA cup win is all B#####s
Your thoughts?

That's what jumped out at me when we played Bayern Munich. They played fewer and quicker passes than us to move the ball forward but also at speed which kept the tempo plus made interceptions harder.

You don't get to choose how the other team plays! If they play 10 in defence you can only try and play around it. When this happens Wenger should put the BFG up top, just to spin out the opposition managers.

I have been saying that we have no tempo.no pace to our game for years. There is nothing wrong in being a bit more direct but our manager seems to disagree. On the Sanogo situation if I was Joel Campbell I would tell Wenger to do one.
