I'm not totally convinced that Schneiderlin is better than Le Coq.
I would rather prefer Blaise Matuidi...
1. Older than Le Coq with 4 years. And so he(Coq) can look up to him.
2. Is overall better than Scheiderlin(imo)
3. Has bags of experience.
4. Both would improve our team but Schneiderlin is only 2 years older than Coq and might unsettle the Coq &/or the team

Would love to hear your opinions

Hes staying put now apparently so its a no go whatever but I share your concerns about Le Coq getting pushed out.
Spyder and Le Coq together? At times at least might be the answer or a more versatile player who can do DM plus other positions to a good standed.
Just our luck, we wait 100 years for a DM then 2 come along at once :-).
(OK it felt like 100 years but may have been a little less)

Haha. If Schneiderlin does come, then what does that mean for Rambo? because surely Rambo, Spyder and Le Coq cannot all be starters and I am sure none of them would want to be benching it most times

I would like us to sign Schneiderlin and play in tandem with Coquelin or rotate them. We must release Flamini & Arteta.

Coq & Spyder r too similar... Both like to sit deep. that's th reason Flamini & Arteta never workd. There needs to b a box to box or a roamin creative player to take th ball forward.

saints play Wanayama and Schneiderlin in certain games where they need to dominate midfield against a pressing posession team of the first order, but only one of the two for other games. Spyder and Coq would be an excellent combo against Bayren or Dortmund or Barcelona, in other matches, rotate, plus you have injury cover and competition. We want to be playing 60 mayches a year across four competitions and we will need the squad ro do it.
