Hi Ed will the Dortmund bomb case be holding up a deal for Auba as he has to give evidence?

Criminal case when he’s a witness shouldn’t cause any hold up
He’d have to appear as a witness but since he’s agreed to be a witness and while still be free to travel to Germany can’t see any reason it would have any affect on the transfer.
