Cya Koscielny! Obviously doesn’t feel up to the job anymore, maybe should have left a couple of seasons ago instead of taking it easy on the treatment table.

Kos is a good guy and has given his everything for the club, obviously something isn't right somewhere for him to be so desperate to want out.
It might not even be Arsenal related maybe he has personal reasons for wanting to back to France who knows.
But we shouldn't remember Kos as a bad guy at all, if a few more had given as much as him then things might have been very different for Arsenal in recent seasons.

From what's reported, the way he's left doesn't feel great, but maybe we don't know the full story either.

He's been our best, and sometimes only, defender for years. The last few Wenger years totally relied on his talent to hold our masking tape defence together. Recently he's found it hard to stay fit, but his commitment on the pitch has been exemplary. Last season he was obviously playing injured most of it, or getting his head smashed continously, and needed to put his health second as we needed him so badly after Holding's injury.

Personally I thank him for sticking with us through years of not respecting his craft on the pitch, by not setting up with any defensive system. He's definitely not been payed his worth either I'd hazard. I really don't blame him for wanting to guarantee his career for a few more years in France. If we'd not had it all dragged out in the press unnecessarily, we'd be celebrating his departure I'm sure. Anyway, I'll miss him, and hope he'll somehow be replaced!

Absolutely Clock end, but he gave us his best and did so without holding us to ransom even though he had very good options available to him.
