I have to confess, watching Leipzig last night I can see why many like Nagelsman. They play attractive football. However, watching them score a beauty of a 2nd goal, which was a lovely move, but really worked as players passed and moved forward. Really simple really, but amazing what you can do with ok players if they actually move rather than stand still or pass sideways.

That’s just the red bull way of playing all started by Ralf Rangnick, red bull have said themselves that slow football wouldn’t work for a club owned by an energy drinks company.

Nagelsmann is one the best coaches around tactically. He is one of the few coaches I can say who can extract the maximum out of a squad. He improves players too. Players get better under him. He is tactically flexible too, plays different formations sometimes it gets confusing just watching his teams. In my opinion he is the next big thing.
