We have done exactly what has been needed for a long time, cleared the decks. Yes we still have a few lingering around but these include players we bought for buying sake. I’m glad (/ assuming) we are assessing the signings more and it really does leave me optimistic for the summer. European football is still a possibility which would mean a more attractive position to sign better calibre of players. And who knows we may unearth another gem in the coming months.

In the summer we signed a few players when we all new we had to sell first and then buy. I'm sure I read that we needed to clear the decks come January otherwise we would be in great trouble. The club new they would not be able to secure the signing from florentina. I have not seen anything that the player has shown any interest in joining us yet we carried on our pursuit and not having any backup plan I mean come on.? De ja vu. For me we are in a better position than I thought we would be in at the start of the season. Its not where I would like us to be but its better then I expected hopefully more improvements to come in summer and hopefully back in champs league. Come on u gunners. Kronkeout.
