Anyone that says they would not want a world class player like Mbappe at are on the left wing need to give your heads a shake! Yes he has an attitude, but if he brings 40 plus goals over from Spain or even gets half of that in the league that’s would be a class signing, and now there are some links I’d happily take him all day long just imagine him Gyokeres and Saka as a front 3 all the pressure be off Saka as the main man that’s would be unstoppable.

I think he will be a great addition, and we need some prima donnas like that. He's world class and will add lots of goals. His current situation at Madrid definitely makes him gettable and we'll repent if he ends up at City or Utd.

Not for me. When Arteta came in, he cleared all that s*** out the club, and made it an actual family-type atmosphere without the idiots that needed egos polished every 2mins. Now you can see absolute harmony in the entire squad.
If we had money to sign Mbappe, I'd much rather spend it on Kvarat of PSG, or Julian Alvarez. Obviously, it depends on if they are available or want to join.

To become a top-top club, the manager must be able to manage such players. Real Madrid wouldn't have been the club they are if they had shied away from signing such players. The harmony in the squad is great, but if we are not scoring goals and not winning anything, it will soon change.
With two games to go against bottom half teams, we are still sweating on whether we will win them or not. I feel this scenario would be completely different if we had a player like Mbappe in the team.

Vik would not be able to keep up - he’d need 100m head start or Mbappe would need to sit down for a few minutes for him to catch up. ?
Yes, we need some proper world class players to go to the next level, and a manager to handle them.
We can’t have a manager who can’t, or ships them out, costing us 100m to get them off our books.
We don’t need a family friendly atmosphere, but rather a winning mentality.
Sell Kai and that’s half of Mbappe wages (that’s crazy when you think about it) .
Bring in the best and get the best manager as our wage bill and investment shows we have the resources, just do we have the ambition and stomach.
Doesn’t mean Arteta hasn’t done a great job.
Rewatched Last Dance. We need fighters like Rodman, star quality winners like MJ, and key players like Pippen who let others take the spotlight. It all started with a club willing to make a tough decision: they fired their coach who just won a significant trophy.
Doug was replaced by Phil Jackson - he signed a difficult player in Rodman without fear, and changed how they played despite having MJ.
Could Arteta manage a player like MJ or Rodman? If the Bulls were scared, then they wouldn’t have that history.
MJ - response to: there’s no I in team. “There is an I in WIN!” We need that attitude.
Watch the detail and obsession it takes to be that great and take on teams that normally beat you - that’s why “family friendly” players like White just aren’t good enough.
Our captain certainly doesn’t have it, and the team doesn’t have that mentality. Question - does the club? It’s a huge decision and risk, but the rewards are huge. I’m sure any good manager could do a nice job with our foundation and finances.
If we want to go up a level then difficult decisions need to be made.
