If you saw England game, than you should understand why Theo should always play right wing and not as a striker.

2 goals coming from the wing. In fact, he missed a sitter when he burst through from the 'Centre forward' position.

Totally agree Dags, his movement can be good and as Hoddle said, he needs to be facing the goal, not having his back towards it as a center forward.
I thought the Ox did quite well considering the state of the pitch.
Rooney was poor in my opinion

I second that. This is the guy who scored close to 20 that season van persie scored bundles.

He on the right, Sanchez on the left and me playing striker is how we can score goals all day.

Problem with that line up is when everyone is fit Ox and Rambo get relegated to the bench.

It's a great problem to have though White Rabbit, especially if you could add Welbeck and Wilshere to the bench too.

I argued this point recently, that we have two excellent right-sided attacking players in Walcott and Oxlade, whilst Wenger has played Walcott in the central attacking role, which doesn't suit him and instead Ramsey has played out of position in the right attacking role. I suggest that we would have far more balance when playing Walcott or Oxlade on the right, Giroud upfront and Ramsey in the central midfield role or alongsode Coquelin in a more defensive role, until we sign a further defensive midfield player. The problem we have is having too many attacking central midfield players all in contention for one position. With Welbeck out, we now have no natural cover for the central attacking or attacking left sided role, which is worrying, as Welbeck is out for approx 6 months and we cannot but until the January window.
