Do you think Wenger is waiting until the last minute and hoping Valencia will buckle and they would rather take 30 million than keep a player that wants away?
He isn't worth 50 million (or 30 in my opinion, but as everyone keeps saying prices are inflated for EPL clubs, but they cannot moan too much as the money coming in is also vastly inflated. Seems Arsenal, Wenger et al want to have their cake and eat it.
Same could apply to other players.
Wenger is scouting the shelves for yellow labelled players!

I would rather we spent the money on a player with premiership experience rather than keep funding foreign clubs for players that may or may not be any good in the EPL, and especially if we have to splash out 40mil or more for the privilege. That being said I would rather we signed my gran than Johhny Evans, and hey, i would even subsidise the transfer by supplying the shovel needed to dig her up.

I know it's been said, we buy one player a goalkeeper, one of the best goalkeepers in the world and leave him on the bench one of the most challenging competitions. I don't buy the injury rubbish, he dropped him for the Zagreb game to rest him, but he still travelled to Zagreb where is the rest, he's a bloody goalkeeper for gods sake, out best goalkeeper by far, . PLAY HIM
I know it wasn't all down to Ospina, but that mistake had us chasing the game again.
I sit 5 rows from the pitch opposite the opposing dug out, you can see the look on Saches face when he see's the errors, he isn't going to put up with this for too long

applied for cup final tickets, 2 of them, I have 2 season tickets, 1 for me and 1 for my son.
My one was successful, but my son was unsuccessful.
can I be that horrible and tell him, I'm going, you're not???

At the end of the day, he can't go without you so it's a waste of a ticket if you don't use it.
Depending on how old your son is you could go without telling him, but I think the safest option would be to sell the ticket or purchase another one so that you both can go.

You got to laugh
I purchased 2 tickets for Saturday, they haven't arrived. I was tld to phone back today if they did not arrive.
I phone and no problem, I can pick them up from Wembley.
What made me laugh was that I asked if the £2.50 postage charge would be refunded, they said, no as they entrusted Royal Mail. This club must be desperate for money!!
I ordered them the day they came on sale, over two weeks to deliver them, I reckon they were using Mert as the postman

Not sure about that RG, Flamini is past it but I think he has done a job over the years rather than stolen a living.
Bentner is a prat but he is good enough for Forest, I doubt he is getting 50K a week there.

I agree, Campbell is not good enough to be a first team regular, he can make an impact as a sub though.
One thin about him is, defenders do not have a clue what he is going to do, the problem is neither does he or his team mates.

He Can't Jump, Run, Tackle or turn, he does read the game well though.
