Hey Eds! I have seen a couple rumours on a bid for Asier Illarramendi in January. He was a big part of Real Sociedad's CL qualification a couple years back before he went to RM. Any truth to this? It would be that DM ball winner type player everyone has been craving for. Thoughts?

All as we are obviously not announcing any signings imminently I wanted to get all your thoughts on Ox, Rambo, and Jack. Ox had kinduv a slow year and limited opportunities but looked string towards the end and really filled in great for arteta against newcastle. Rambo has really great end of the season and looks confident in preseason. Jack has looked great when healthy and fit. Do you all expect big seasons from these three? I really feel it could be a breakout season especially for Rambo and Wilshere if the latter can stay fit. what's your thoughts? I REALLY wanna see Ramsey boss our midfield form box to box and start to add a few goals to his performances.
1.) Ramsey was unreal last year, I would love to see a midfield double of Ramsey and Wilshere, but then how can you leave Arteta out?
If I had to, i'd have 4231 o 433 Ramsey Wilshere 2 CMs
Walcott Ox out wide then either Cazorla as CAM or Arteta as DM

3.) If cesc stays, and I hope he stays, then we don't need him back. let him take over for xavi and be happy. but if he to join united, I would rather we sign him. just because I don't want to see him in that jersey.
anyway I think he will stay and moyes can go after other targets. fellani, modric whoever.
it seems like the only players anyone ever wants is the arsenal players wenger signed. if it was not for clubs who basically have no scouting system, we would have been on top of the pile by now.

5.) Expect massive things from all the Brits next season. Especially jenkinson, got a massive man crush on this guy, he's the perfect mould of a full back!
Ramsey And oxlade should have great seasons next year with gervinho looking more likely to leave and Gibbs just needs to stay fit and he can improve leaps and bounds.
Wilshere just needs goals and then will be the best and most complete player in the prem.
Our Brits can bring us a title soon.

All I would love to get your opinions on who our striker targets should be. I have been looking at the top strikers from the top 5 leagues and I see 2 categories. Players that are either unavailable/out of our price range (30m pounds +) i. e. cavani or strikers that I am not convinced are better than what we have. I do believe we need another quality striker I am just not sure who be a realistic buy and good fit. My 2 cents: Benteke looked outstanding but 1 season doesn't convince me of his class. I think HiguaÃn would be great but wages could be an issue. I also think Dzeko would be good for us but the same wage concerns are there with him. I am not convinced by Jovetic, but if we bought him I would cross fingers and hope he was as good as some say. Thoughts all?

I have seen rumoured we are in for a GK ~10m a CB 8-10m a DM 10-15m and a ST 20-25m. I just can's see Arsenal spashing 55-75m on 4 players even with player sales. Do you really thing we will spend anywhere near that much? What positions do you see as a priority? Appreciate all you eds! {Ed027's Note - The ones you have mentioned
I look at that list and I would love Higuain and Cesar, but the position I am concerned about the most is midfield. I really think we need that beast in midfield that can break up play and distribute the ball forward. Seeing spurs get a strong midfielder like Paulinho concerns me.
