Yaya Signed for Arsenal?!

Yaya Sanogo has informed tv that Arsenal is the club for and that he wants to follow in the footsteps of ex-Auxerre player Diaby (lets hope he doesn't mean straight into the Medical Room)

Looks like he has the potential to be a good player, however, no show stopper! Hopefully he is one for the future and not another French Youngster which doesn't live up to their promise!

Wishful thinking is he will become the next best thing under the guidance of Higuain and Jovetic? As I said wishful thinking ;-)

Midlands Gooner

1.) Hope he won't be in the medical room

2.) I'd like him to go straight out on loan and see if he can do a Lukaku a la last season.

3.) No more diabys.

4.) I predict he will be sold/released in a few years just like most of the young players bought

Agreement with all of the above.

Have also said to my non-Gooner friends that he is playing with very different players at Arsenal. At Madrid, he had the class of Ronaldo, Di Maria, Benezema and Higuain in front of him. Not only are all of these players match winners, they all have amazing pace. MO is brilliant at putting in a ball which splits defences as long as the forward player has the pace to get on to it.

I believe when we have an injury free attack of Ramsey, Walcott and The Ox we will see MO back to his best. Add to that a pacey forward to support Giroud and (hopefully) Draxler he will be the Number 10 which we expect him to be.

A quick question to my fellow Gooners, do you think he would be better playing the False 9 role with Giroud wanting to play so deep and picking up the ball and lay it off?
