38.5 mill for cavani? so psg think david luiz is worth more than cavani?

either they lack common sense to accept that bid or they are going to play david luiz as a CF.

Sounds like someone taking advantage of news hungry arsenal fans. with balo off the market, I can't see many other options available out there. And besides, 60 something million reeeaaally isn't arsene's style.
