LVG has said its "Evil" that there's no footy break over Christmas period.
We play 7 matches between 13th December and 16th January.
Wenger said its "English tradition" and we shouldn't follow the likes of Spain, Italy, France and Germany in having a winter break.
Agree?

Evil is definitely an overstatement, footballers are paid enough to deal with most hardships. If it gives us a disadvantage in Europe then it's concern and if that then means we lose our 4th place in the champions league the premiership might take notice, but then collectively English teams are already doing pretty poorlyvin Europe before other leagues winter breaks so at the minute it doesn't look likr there's a connection there.

Strange for Wenger to make those comments as he has Always been a big campaigner for Winter breaks, especially when he discusses the comparison between the PL best vs Europes best.

That discussion only suits us when we're underperforming. Chelsea, Utd and Pool all won champs lge playing through winter. No doubt it makes a difference. But that's a poor excuse.

Wenger didn't say we shouldn't have a winter break, just that we shouldn't stop the tradition of playing a match on boxing day.

It's not evil to play without a winter break and I have little smypathy for overpaid, pampered players. Pay me £50,000 plus and I will play without a break! As a fan I love watching matches over the xmas and new year period. Boxing day is may favourite, as you get out the house and the atmosphere at matches is superb.
The sole argument to have a break, is that other countries have breaks and it puts us in a disadvenage in European and International, atches, due to fatugue.
