where do ex liverpool players and directors get the front to say they are in direct competition to arsenal.
how many points were they behind us last season and the season b4. how many times have they beaten us over the last 15 years.
they have no money and their owners have to pump over 50 mill every year just to keep them afloat.

i use to have a lot of respect for them as a club but they have become deluded.
i understand BR has to stick up for his club but some times in life your better of just keeping your mouth shut.

the class liverpool use to have is just HISTORY and nothing else.

DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR SMOKING AT ANFIELD BUT IT HAS TO BE SUM HOT S (-)IT AND I WANT A TUG ON IT.

LAST TIME LOOKED THE TOFFEES WERE THE TOP CLUB IN LIVERPOOL.

I think Liverpool have got a few years to go, but a good project none the less but yeah they have deluded fans like every team.

You're closest rivals at the moment are us - Spurs. And you're deluded if you can't see that

Hang on a second malaga gooner, when did you last lift a pot? 8 years and counting? Who do you cockneys think you are taking a swipe at still the most successful team in the country? Your not in the same street as liverpool mate domestically or in europe your streets behind! In that 8 years we've lifted the fa cup, the league cup, been to a champs league final and just fell short of the league! You base your success on gaining champs league every season, nothing more! Your right, LFC aren't in competition with Arsenal as they have been winning trophy's in the last 10 years where as AFC haven't. oh sorry you have, you keep winning that 4th spot trophy, you have even started targeting the top 4 in the Emirates cup now lol.

To Red Ant. In the last 10 years Arsenal have gone an entire premier league season unbeaten.
In the last 8 years we have won nothing, while you have won an FA Cup and a League Cup. More than us, but not that impressive.
Arsenal are a better team that Liverpool, stop looking at history, look at the present. The present shows Arsenal as a more competitive team than Liverpool.
With the current set ups, I think that will change in 2/3 years and Liverpool will surpass us. Rodgers is a great manager and he will prove it.
Unless Arsenal change something up we will fall behind, apparently that is what is happening now, we are making a change by trying to sign Mona the Vampire.
Out of interest. what the f*** is John Henry smoking. To so adamantly say Suarez is not leaving is going to make him look like an person. Keeping Suarez would make him look even more personic. Wenger has had similar situations but not at this level. Get over yourselves.

We may not have won a trophy for 8 years (ouch), but we still managed to finish miles ahead of yous (sic).

Wow you lot scrape into the top 4 by the skin of your teeth and suddenly you're such a competetive team. How about if Newcastle hadnt gifted you a goal with sunday league defending on the last day? And the season before you had to rely on TWO howlers by Myhill the west brom goalkeeper on the final day. Also to all the brain dead people bleating on about without suarez we will be this and that, we have a significantly higher win percentage without him than with. Also Sturridge scored 10 in 14 appearances in the PL. What makes u think he won't score the same as or more than suarez given a full season?

Finally, last season we were only 12 points off you due to a horrendous start which was caused by us getting used to rodgers new style of play. We made so many individual errors at vital times that cost us countless points.

It amazes me how cocky the arsenal fans are on this site. You don't even pause to have a little think before going on the attack. The weird thing is, the arsenal fans I know in real life are actually very knowledgeable.
