Good approach by Wenger on Jack - talk to him first and don't over react to a photo.

Also - it's a big season for the guy and he needs to push on:

40/60 a against Jack making it as a top player now I'd say, two years ago 80/20 apart from injury what's changed?
Goggle Jack Wilshere and read the headlines, very few are about his on field performances the vast majority are about his off field antics.
Doesn't take a lot of working out that he is throwing his career away but its the fact he doesn't see it himself that's the problem.

It doesn't bother me how many fags he has, or even if he dresses up as Cleopatra and fornicates with a unicorn, what he does off-field doesn't worry me.

He needs to step up big time on the pitch and goal of the season doesn't mean he has had a good season.

He needs to produce more.
