I don't think Mesut Ozil is fully match sharp yet and also still not entirely sure about his exact role is bearing in mind where he's playing.
All that said - he's just come back from major injury time off, he's scored 3 goals in no time and has as many assists and the assists count should be much higher but for poor finishing by others.

Quietly he is becoming the star we have all been hoping for.

Ozil and Sanchez at their very best :-) that's very exciting thought Excilled mate, I'm really pleased Mesut is beginning to show his class again and remind everyone just why we all got so excited about getting him in the first place

Really happy to see Ozil playing as the player we all know he is. I think he will be an important factor in the coming games. Its sad that Sanchez picked up an injury, really want him and Ozil to get some more games together. Hope it wasn't too serious.

He looks phenomenal at the moment, although I've always said he has been for us. It just seems to be that his class and skill is more overt now

The hood. talk to me at the end of the season and let me know if he's worth 42mill after his second season at arsenal. if we paid 20mill i'd be saying ok he's not bad. real paid 15mill euros that's a bargain. we over paid big time.

I think ozil being made to work on the wing is a waste of his talent.

rather see him in the 10 role, with some freedom to sit back and cover spaces rath than tackle and then conserve energy for a breakway play

Sure DG I would come back to you end of the season, btw Di Maria cost utd 65m and they don't even play CL football, still struggling.

This is again the double standards I talk about, when we wouldn't spend on a player we would keep saying spend spend spend, and when we do we get to hear this rubbish from you lot that we overpaid.

Eds Chelsea wanted cuadrado sold shurrle. Wanted Costa. Sold Torres and demba ba. Real sold di maria got James rod. I know transfer aren't that simple. But vela was the pawn if we really wanted greizman we could of got him

I wanted to spend but on players we needed in positions we needed.

manu didn't need di maria and there formation now doesn't work for rvp, di maria, rooney, mata etc. a diamond with rooney on the right lol. what are they thinking.

would I swap di maria for ozil? yes i'd drive him there tomorrow.

Eds we had a buy back clause for vela. 3.5 million. they paid 8.8 to remove it. if we wanted griezmann we could of used it to our advantage. don't know why we missed out on him tbh
