Goalkeeper:
Bring in Alban Lafont (Toulouse) to learn from Cech and to replace Ospina in the squad - the player has huge potential and it was reported today that he has followed Arsenal from a young age - no brainer!

Defence:
Mertesacker and Chambers to go (possibly Holding or Mavropanos on loan too) . Bring in Kalidou Koulibaly (Napoli) to partner Koscielny/ Mustafi.

Midfield:
I'd be tempted to get rid of 2 from Xhaka, Ramsey, Wilshere and Elneny (preferably Xhaka and Elneny) and replace them with Max Meyer (Schalke) and Jean Michael Seri (Nice)

Forward:
Wouldn't mind seeing the back of Welbeck and/ or Iwobi if he were to bring in 1 of Nabil Fekir (Lyon) , Malcom (Bordeaux) or Leon Bailey (Bayer Leverkusen)

i wish you were our chief scout lol. You seem to have identified all the weak players in our squad and replaced them with better alternatives.

The players you have suggested come in are all good candidates in my opinion. but you have lost 4 CBs and replaced them with one!
I believe we need to keep Ramsey, Wilshire and element, flogging just xhaka and bringing in Seri, Meyer and another DM.
Upfront I think you're right. Iwobi out on loan, welbeck gone and bring in a proper winger, then give the youth opportunities. We have a lot of good young talent from what I've seen.

That works for me - love Ozil but still struggle to see how we fully utilise him unless we play 4 4 2.
