I said when we got him what a waste of money, got slaughtered for making an opinion too early, opinion still the same and justified. But he’s not alone, we have many players that just aren’t good enough .

None of the midfielders know how to defend and in general we have very few half decent tacklers so we are so weak in the basic off the ball stuff of the game like marking your man, getting goal side and tracking those runners. There is no leader on the pitch giving out instructions but there again these are international players we are talking about so they should know what is required at any point of the game and not need instruction. The mentality is soft with too many passing the buck to someone else instead of taking responsibility and this attitude has filered down to the players from Wenger and the staff beassue they act the same. I am not sure who would be the best fit for us but a new manager is needed that will have some fire and shake things up and not be friends with the players and not afried to drop underperorforming players.

To say time, how many of our players are good enough?
Obviously 13 points off top 4 with still a quater of the season to go speaks volumes.
It's Arsenes fault because he signed and fails to motivate every single one of them.
There is no hiding the fact that if Arsene was Spurs Liverpool Chelsea City or Utd manager he'd be long gone by now.
Sorry nice bloke just not upto the job now or for many years before now.

The board have to take a lot of the blame for allowing Wenger to coast along with no presssure for too long. Wenger would have been long gone by now if he was at Man Utd, Chelsea, City or even Liverpool with his recent record.
