Awesome second half and great to see Ozil back to his best and with a smile on his face. By scoring 2 or more goals for the last 11 matches it means opponents have to score 3 or more to beat us.
The major concern is that we have so few players that can tackle or break up opponents play when we came under pressure. In particular the 3 in Emery's favoured 4-2-3-1 doesn't have any players with defensive abilities. Last night the 3 were Mkhitaryan, Ozil and Iwobi, none of whom add much defensively. Against top teams this lack of defensive cover may well be telling.

Ozil's best game for a long time, and that is why he is worth what he is for the momeents like that. Still concerns defensivly and had the penalty been given could have been a totally different game. I have mentioned before I don't think against better teams that we can play miki, ozil and ramseey toegther as it leaves us too exposed in midefield. We have to pick one of them and go 3 more physical CM behind one of those 3 in Torrria Guendouzi and Eleney. Xhaka is no DM and is a libility tacking still so can't be risked in that defensive position against the better teams. Keeping Torrria fit is vital to our chances I feel.

Ryan, we need consistency from Ozil, we need him to contribute to a game and not go into hiding, more often. When he is good, he is very very good, when he is bad he is very very bad. He is our highest paid player and our most intelligent, we need him to turn up in more games than he does, then we have a player.
