Just about anything is possible in football Moe mate as Leicester proved it's only how likely that's hugely debatable :-)
Jurgen and Liverpools net spend is £101 million and they've gone from top 4 hopefuls to firming a premier league elite group of 2 with City pretty quickly.
Two fantastic bargain buys this summer who pay off like Salah and firmino or Kante and Mahrez can totally transform a team.
Not easy by any stretch of the imagination but not impossible either if you recruit super well.
