Have to agree with 62
Name a stand or even the ground after him, but that's as far as it should go.
I wouldn't let Arsene within a million miles of the club in any role whatsoever.

{Ed014's Note - stop sitting on the fence Bill ?

Arsene was the best thing to ever happen to us and I would love him back. It’s gone even further down hill since he left.

It's a joke Bill, it looks like the cosy club are reforming and making a come back mate.

First of all Jack Wilshire and now the cosy clubs very own commander in chief, Arsene himself ????????????????

What could possibly go wrong?
Rosettes and wooden rattles at the ready everyone.

{Ed014's Note - don’t want to worry you at all mate but Diaby was seen at the training ground earlier today! ??

I think Arteta would benefit from having an old head around to bounce ideas off.

If they get the role right - I think it could be awesome. How else does Arteta learn how to attack.

The Christmas party should be brilliant with big Tony on the karaoke singing Get Up Stand Up to Mertaducker and Thierry and Denis dueting to Chers, If I Coukd Turn Back Time and Wrighty wrapping the evening up with
The Way We Were ???
" Can it be that it was all so simple then, or has time rewritten every line and if we had the chance to do it all again would we could we "
Nope ?????.

I personally was quite sad that in Arsenes farewell speech to the fans at the Emirates he had to appeal for people to let bygones be bygones and say we are all fans now almost by way having to ask people to remember him kindly.

I'd always imagined that when Arsene and Arsenal finally parted company it would be a hugely emotional farewell without a dry eye in the stadium, but by handing in to long Arsenes leaving was a cause for huge celebration rather then sadness such had his reputation and credibility with so many fans diminished.

Coming back in any kind of public facing role and putting positive spin on everything those currently running the club do certainly won't build any bridges and is highly likely to see Arsenes connection with the fans sadly decline further.

He'd have been far better off working with the consortium trying to buy the club, if he hoped to rebuild his relationship back to its once 100% hero status rating.
