Ed, any interest in Denayer and Ginter?

We had interest in Ginter just before he joined Dortmund, he hasn't really excelled there though, pretty average at best.

Ed, I thought transfers are officially done during the transfer window, how come we are still in May yet a transfer was officially done?

The summer window opens on 9th June for the premiership, other countries windows open on different dates. So deals, such as Xhaka to Arsenal are made, subject to registration when the window opens in the countries concerned. Players who are out of contract can be signed outside the window. Hope this clarifies the matter.

What is wrong with Arteta. Clearly Harvez is struggling upfront and he chose to keep him there for 90mins, whilst Nketia is on the bench.
At least, give smith and nelson an opportunity so that we will have fresh legs coming in. I just don't understand.

Steve r, all the managers you mentioned won leagues with good money, but they never won it like Wenger did. All the managers you mentioned couldn't have managed a team in such a redevelopment stage. Wenger did. With a bit more quality in the squad, you can imagine what he would achieve. That's factual.
