So, it's Friday winter morning here in the tropical North of the Land Downunder. It got all the way down to 17 degrees Celsius overnight, I even had to turn the fan down! Seriously I thinking of giving the 5/2 diet another go, I did it 2 years ago and lost a stone in 5 weeks and its taken me the last 2 years to put half of it back on.
