who genuinely thinks we can win the champions league?. Personally, I think its a bridge too far. I love the boys and the way we play but I just think there's something missing and I can't put my finger on it, although the finger of suspicion seems to point at our defence.
I just think we are something short in comparison to Barca, RM, borussia dortmund, PSG and above all, Bayern Munich. feel free to prove me wrong boys.

I thought we were poor in a few places the other night and to be honest I thought Jack was awful he made more passes to them than to us. I said it months ago we are going to be tested big time in November and December I think we've had an easy ride so far our first real test the other night proved we need more quality players to come in we could have got complacent I hope this is a wake up call for Wenger and the board. To be brutally honest I can't see Jack lasting the season, I hate admitting it he's been limping around quite a lot lately. As for winning the CL
no not really we should have got our finger out in the summer transfer window and any top player we may bring in in January will be CL cup tied so there will be no hope there.i think we should just hope to get in the play offs and concentrate on the Premier League and FA Cup and Carling Cup.
In order to win the CL we need:
1) A more mature keeper.
2) A 4th CB (a right-sided one)
3) Cover for Flamini
4) A left-sided player
5) A striker
We need to get our players fit & keep them fit. I still have enormous doubts in respect of the conditioning & rotation of the squad.
No we won't win the CL this year DG we are a work in progress mate, next year may be a different story but for me it's CL Qf and top 2 PL finish this season that I see as a realistic excellent season.
I would be very happy with that as it would be our best year for ages and prove to us and all doubters we are real contenders again.
I don't think we'll win the CL, but the BVB game we missed Flamini. His voice between midfield and defense has made a big difference for me - will be interested to see him feature

If healthy, we have a good enough squad

Last 4 years we have been drawn against Barca twice, AC Milan (when they had Ibra and Boateng) and Bayern. We were only 1 goal away from qualifying in past 3 years. Now we have the undisputed group of death this year, we are usually very unfortunate in CL #Conspiracy #Plattini.
Yeh with our fully fit squad we can beat anyone on our day. Its just beating them over two legs that is tricky.
