Spyder could be available this summer at a really silly price especially if utd as expected change manager.
He was a fantastic player at Southampton and all his ability hasn't suddenly deserted him because of one bad season at utd.
A quality addition at a knock down price might just be up Arsene Street this summer.

Are we seeing a shift in shape in our side with the recent changes - Gab replacing Per and Welbeck replacing Giroud, Oxil in the middle and two balanced central midfielders that can move the ball quickly - to see us revert back to a faster, taller, free flowing counter attacking side that will turn defence into attack very quickly. Rather than a slow build up that quickly turns from attAck to an opposition counter attack! Or is it just injuries and form dictating the changes.
These changes for me have made us stronger and better to watch while they seemed to be combined with better tactics.
I hope it's a change for the better that we build on and add pace, power and leadership. Ozil states we lack focus - leadership ensures that doesn't happen. Wenger likes the players to think for themselves, leadership helps that thought process also.

Here's to pace, power and leadership in all our three additions - defence, midfield and attack. Let's scare the cr🏆P out of the opposition in the tunnel just like Seaman, Keown, Paddy, Pires. DB10 and TH14 did!

Come on Wenger, let's get this party started!

I think Arsene has got himself into a bit of a no win situation after sticking to his guns so long with smaller technical type players and tipy tappy intricate passing that's pretty to watch but has been ultimately unsuccessful in big competitions, if he changes back to what used to work so well it brings more questions than answers for him.

We have been crying out for a couple of powerful midfield players at the club. Coquelin and Elneny are a start, but Wanyama would beef up the midfield. Our smaller technical players have been injured playing more defensive roles, such as Cazorla against Norwich. The physical demands of the PL are huge and we need some physically stronger players.

We do and a natural finisher but it would be a huge turnaround for Arsene to do in what is almost certainly his last season as manager so for me is unlikely to happen.
I just don't see him suddenly changing his philosophy after 10 years of trying to make it come good.

Cazorla walks back into the team when ready and we'll be better for it ;-)

Looking at the character of Ibra, I don't forsee Wenger signing him. That's why he ships out players who nurture arrogance. Wenger will choose humility over arrogance any day. Have been open-eyed on that.
