Just lost my job as a lifeguard because I couldn't save this hippy.

He was too far out, man.

Just wrote a love-song about a tortilla.

Well, it was more of a wrap really.

Just started a rock band called 999 mega-bytes.

We haven't got a gig yet.

My son asked me for the new England world cup shirt today.

I said "Son, you are 7 years old, go to Thailand and make one".

A streaker was running across the pitch at Dean Court yesterday, she slipped in the penalty area and got a yellow card for stimulation.

The prem League table doesn't make good reading.

Also, Manchester United have been slated all season for being so poor, yet they have scored same amount of goals as us and have conceded just 1 more.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

We will be judged on our position at the end of the season but I also think we will be assessed after tomorrow's game. But if we win the fa cup that is not an improvement but a trophy. If we finish fourth, which at best that is where we will finish, that is nil improvement. If we finish fifth then that is bad management.

Agree0 Disagree0

It does indeed, Man Utd have found some long awaited form, could they catch us? maybe if there was 10 games left but it might be just too late.

We will have different deals at different stages, some if we are in the champs league and others for if we aren't. i'm afraid we know the type of players that we are going to get, nothing will change there with wenger. A leopard can't change its spots, let's not kid ourselves. The only way we will get a change in attitude is when we change the manager and my view is that will only be if we finish fifth and don't win fa cup. We will be linked with every top player but will be outbid by other clubs because wenger has his price and that's it, he won't go above, so basically we end up with the bargain buys the top teams don't want. I would be amazed if we end up witha mmarquee signing this summer amazed.

Steve,

Is that the same leopard that changed its spots a brought Ozil to the club.

A marquee signing no one saw coming, who when a player of the calibre of Ozil became available out bid us for him, no one.

There are only certain clubs that can pay big money for players, some of those clubs are bank rolled but still finding they have to conform to a degree to fair play.

We have the money we have or should I say Arsene has shown he can spend.

Bayern Munich are considered to be the best team in Europe, what other manager has so far put a team out against them that has come close to doing what we did prior to the penalty miss. With 11 men on the pitch we would have gone through.

Arsene can get a team to play proper football and win things at the same time. Me personally I'm done with my negative thoughts for this season.

I think the summer will see him add the players we need and you pleasantly surprised. :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

My thoughts on ozil. No body really new he was for sale, so we never really had competition, we were trying to buy a striker, of which we didn't offer enough for we were not in for ozil, until we got beat by villa, he was a panic buy to stop the vultures that were assembling. Real were desperate to sell to get bale. We won't be ggetting Costa, cavanni, krooz, bender or whoever marquee signing is available we need because I repeat wenger values the players and the players are took from or grasp as were cahill, mata, higuain, hazard jovetic etc. We will get the leftovers. I have said it before wenger is reactive not proactive in his transfers, that is why the last few windows we have waited and waited for us to sign and it was usually when we were embarrassed in a game. I don't have a lot of confidence on what I have seen over the last few seasons that it is going to be any different.

Agree0 Disagree0

You do have a good point mate. Worrying.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think Arsene and the club are aware if he is to take us forward things have to be different in the future.
Our challenge has faded badly and to go into next season without serious improvement would be madness, top four will be tougher than ever before next season and the club surely know that

Agree0 Disagree0

Jenny
Do you think we would have signed Ozil if we had beaten Villa on the opening day? I'm not convinced we would have.
Wenger had never recieved the level of discontent from fans that afternoon. A few days later and we spend 40 odd million on arguably a player we didn't need due to the abundance of attacking midfield options at that time.

Agree0 Disagree0

People have short or selective memories. Over the past 9 years we have tempered our spending, that I understand to a point £100 m + in petty cash withstanding. I remember the year gallas was captain everyone was saying after being top of league in dec we needed a center back, we didn't and it came back to haunt us, we faded. This year we needed a striker, in the summer and in jan when top of the league we didn't get one, we faded. There are other situations that I can't recall at the moment, but the point is we never actually cured the problem that was there. Would we have had a better season this year if we had paid 35 m for higuain or earlier 55m for suarez than £ 42.5m for ozil.would we have had a better season 3 years ago when everyone was saying we needed a strong ball winner in the middle of the park and rvp up front. Maybe maybe not the thing is wenger never sorted the problems out. Will he sort it this year?

Agree0 Disagree0

Jenny I know we bought Ozil and he is a great player but he is also a luxury player in a team, he makes a great number of chances for team mates whilst attacking but does nothing in defense, and appears to be a mood player, if his mojo is working he is unplayable but when he loses it, he loses it big time. In a team with great strikers his defensive frailties can be overlooked because the chances he makes are buried, but in a team with a hard working but average striker not enough chances are put away to make up for the rest of the team carrying him defensively.

We lose RVP and then bring in Ozil when a team with both in it would have won us the league with our current defense. We needed a world class striker and a fast athletic defensive mid who could cover for our full backs who seem to think they are wingers but instead got a world class goal assist machine without the world class forward to capitalise on the assists.

In January when it was obvious that we were punching above our weight in terms of our league position when we needed to bolster the team to maintain our challenge due to injuries and a lack of chance conversion we brought in an a single injured player on loan and suffered a terrible run of results that allowed the competition to catch and overhaul us.

With all the management changes to other teams this year looked a great opportunity but lack of ambition in the transfer market has squandered it. One world class player was never going to be enough to make up for losing Cesc, RVP, Song, Nasri, Clichey etc over previous seasons. If he had got Ozil, Higuain and Bender (or similar quality players) we wouldn't be looking over our shoulder and hoping to get fourth place at the same time praying someone knocks United out of the champions league so they don't win it and make 4th irrelevant. We would be looking forwards to the last few games of the season still leading the league.

The only person to blame is Wenger, his belief that his squad was good enough both in quality and depth has been proved wrong yet again but his rose coloured specs never let him see it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Amazing how so many people know what happend behind closed doors.
We read the papers listen to tittle tattle.

I'm getting abit sick of being linked with these average players again. Will all the new deals puma etc. we should be going after world class players. Not wenger old usual tricks of young possibly could be good. If we sign nobody's or distinctly average players then it's no step forwards if wenger signs a new contract. If this proves to be the case then it's as simple as this. We won't make progress until wenger leaves a we bring in a manager who will go all out to make the club a success again. Just my 2 cents

The concerned policeman said well I can't leave you here can i, where do you want me to take you?
The lad replied desperately Tottenham, the confused policeman said why Tottenham?

Wasnt sacked at inter and when he first left Chelsea and recently madrid am pretty sure it was by mutual consent to which am pretty sure its both party's agree on moving on mabe its something that ed can clear up regarding jose being a specialist in p45 like u say!

As Ramsey has just come back from a long lay off, it's important not to put too much pressure on his return. So I'd just like to say it's nice to have our saviour, the second coming, superman, Lazerus, the great one, our only chance back.
No pressure Aaron!

Hi gents and Jenny. Haven't posted in a while. Seems like we fighting for 4th place, but I have a strong feeling we will get much much more than that especially with City and Chelsea away to Liverpool. Some crucial points will be dropped there. Let's just hope we get past Everton unscathed. If I am not mistaken, they haven't won a match since in a while. Not an easy match by any means, but I believe we will come away with something. I leave you with 2 questions:

1. If you were a journalist at a press conference, what one question would you ask to Olivier Giroud given the chance?

2. Which Arsenal player would you want to meet in a dark alley at 3am with a cricket bat/whip in your hand?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Didn't Everton win their last match? And the match before?

Agree0 Disagree0

Everton have won their last 5 PL matches.

Agree0 Disagree0

Everton are on top form! hopefully we will stop that!

Hi Rue,

Everton have won their last five games scoring 3 goals in their last 3 games.

None of our last 6 are going to be easy but this will be the toughest and a win would be fantastic.

Re your questions, first one is easy, do you realise you are constantly poking your tongue out?

Second question makes me want to ask you, what were you thinking to ask that? Lol.

Agree0 Disagree0

This would be for Giroud . " Si tu ne veux pas jouer pour nous, fous le camp. Merci " Which means Do you think you will be here next season? . Thank You .😄

Agree0 Disagree0

1st Question,
DO you think you should do less laps in training and work more on your shooting practice.
2nd question
Carzola because he's only little
