a reliable source close to arsenal, that had said cazorla would be coming to arsenal 1 month prior his arrival, states that arsenal are about to spend 40 million on a german international.

Hopefully, this means we are getting a world class player, but who?
gundogan? ozil? reus?

keep the faith lads

hope its reus because we need a player who can play as a striker and winger. but will not complaint if it is zil or gundogan. and will be the happiest person if we got all 3 of them.

2.) If so, it'd be ozil, gundogan would cost

3.) Lebonowski, maybe, only one worth 40mil

4.) If you got this from a certain chap on twitter he hasn't got one right all summer {Ed013's Note - If its the one I am thinking of he is a fraud}

5.) Maybe draxler?

6.) Could be draxler he has a 38.5 million buyout

I remember someone saying we were going to sign a Spanish international and it happened 4 weeks later . Lee Dixon said something regarding signing two big names on the tv on ITV. and to top it all a guy who I meet this evening who lived in a very smart house in Hampstead . he was with his wife so he wasn't going to lie in front of her.He claimed to have been nearly every European away game in the last 25 years. as I departed I asked him if he knew of a anyone that we would sign. He replied that we were goi g to sign a big named player and it was going to happen after the Bale deal was completed.I pressed him for the name but said it wasn't right putting names out there. This guy had a nice house in Hampstead Garden suburb.Seemed genuine . If he was in the know and was going around telling everyone no one would confined in him anymore.I said defender or forward.He said forward, we'll sort of. again reluctant to give away too much. I know this doesn't mean a thing, but I sense a surprise .Km

8.) Would you fork out £40m for Schweini? he'd fit the CDM/not really a CDM role
other than Ozil/Rues I can't see us spending that much on a player,
even then Ozil would be ridiculously overpriced at £40m imo

9.) Ed13 would the initials GA on his twitter mean enough to you to suggest we are talking about the same person? {Ed013's Note - He is one of a few idiots on there mate}

10.) Dortmund would not sell one of their best player (rues) to us especially when we are in the same group as them.

11.) I second seb schweinstieger, would love to have him in the midfield.

12.) Lewandowski is Polish.

And about this bloke on Twitter:

As an avid skeptic myself, I can't stress enough the difference between this particular fella and 99% of all twitter ITK's. Most of his reputation is gained from the onslaught of abuse that is spat his way, and clueless people who twist his words to their own fairytale script.

I've been following him for over a year now, and I would say that 80-90% of the information that he does 'relay' from his 'sources' seems legitimate information at the time - It only takes one little bit of information that was right at the time to turn out irrelevant at a later stage, for the whole twitter-sphere to erupt into a pitch-fork-wielding mob.

If any of you listen to the ABergkampWonderland podcast (I thoroughly recommend it!), the regulars on there personally know the fella and have repeatedly confirmed that his 'source' or 'sources' are genuine.

Ultimately, you can take what he says as gospel or with a pinch of salt - Either way, there's no reason to get so wound up about it. There's especially no reason to subject the guy to abuse.

Here's hoping that what he said ("Arsenal ready to spend £40mill on German international) is true, and once we've beaten £90mill worth of Spuds, we can welcome our nice shiny new German international to the team!

hey Eds!
What is wrong with our medical centre? Are the staff and facilities rubbish or are we just unlucky to see our first team players get injured all the time?

Greetings my fellow gooners,

I am new here but I've been looking at this site for quite a while and have decided to join your community. Now, to introduce myself, I am Arsenal till I die, my heart bleeds red, and as far as I'm concerned, I was born with the crest tatted on my chest.

Over the years, I have seen my club shine with the brilliance of Dennis Bergkamp, with the constant threat of Ian Wright, and with the leadership and passion of Tony Adams. This club, or may I say this lifestyle has provided me joy, and the desire to be the best and to see the best.

I have been there through the rough times, I have seen us lose a great number of great players and still keep up. RVP, Fab, Nasri, Song, to name a few but still, with Arsene, we have managed to nourish our players with strength and belief.

In those dark days, as most may argue, I do see a ray of light, piercing through the ash clouds above us, seeking our wings to be deployed, should they be shined upon. I could feel the passion of the players when we beat Bayern and deserved to go through. I could feel it when a young Wilshire, bursting through the scene, made a joke of Barcelona's midfield a few years ago. What a Lad.

To be honest, even though the window hasn't gone as I, and many gooners thought it would, I BELIEVE. Though there is still time to sign a few players, I am in awe when I think of the British core Wenger is building. Jenkinson, Gibbs, Ramsey, Wilshere, Ox, Walcott. Those 6 players. We have seen them grow from kids into men. I know them, and you do as well. Now, let's wait for them to spread their wings and unleash the beasts that lie within.

That is why I'd rather share my shirt with Rooney over Suarez. Not only would this be good for Arsenal, but for England as well. The way they link up would terrorize any defence. Hopefully, this British core bleeds Arsenal for many years to come, and we should be witnessing the making of another, dare I say Invincible team.

Believe with me my friends

In Wenger we trust
