Supper Sport just confirmed a bid in the sum of 42.5 million pounds was made by Arsenal for Ozil and went further to claim that the bid was accepted after few minutes. this is not a rumour but a fact as the reporter actually confirmed the bid

Now is my turn to ask; what the hell is AFC smoking? How can they lodge an offer of �49 this morning for a player that won't play our first 6 games.

1.) Wayne talks a load of bull he knows nothing.
2.) Bloody hell, how short term is your thinking? Yeah, he misses the first 6 games, but he isn't banned for the next 4 years, which would be the length of the contract!
3.) I think this is Euros, and is for the bid a couple of days ago
4.) Maybe the reason that bid was made is because unlike you, AFC realize that a season doesn't consist of only 6 games, the ban will still allow him to play something like 50 games for us, barring any injuries or further bans.

Hi guys, I am pessimistic now and I need some to assure me if we are going to sign a Striker and DM. . I really can't stand Chelsea fan Booling of beating me any day. The signing of one quality Striker will change that
1.) No striker. No carvalho.
Whoever well buy will be inthe Silvestre/Kallstrom mould. Or a loan.
2.) I agree NG. I would love one striker that will scare opposition defences stiff. But I get this feeling that Sanchez and Campbell given time can do that, who knows!

We have our striker in Sanchez mate that's Arsene's view and when all said and done it's the only one that matters be it right or wrong.
As for DM we all want one but again I think (obviously don't know) Arsene thinks Flamini Arteta And possibly Calum have it covered.
The good news is we ain't gone backwards this summer for the second successive season so things have been worse and top four is looking likely rather than hopeful

I think the fact Arteta was made club captain says a DM won't be bought, he's already said striker wise we are ok (his opinion not everyone else's) a defender is poss I think but that's probably it.
Maybe Falcao going to Madrid might unsettle Benzema, that's possible.
But I see a covering defender at best coming in.
Please Wenger surprise me and prove me wrong!

Long time guys! I've not seen Cavalho play but I prefer him to Khidera, it's about time we start to buy strong players (Sanchex is an example), I wish we sign him on time and stop wasting time before Morinho play a fast one on us
1.) How can you prefer someone you have never seen to someone you have?
2.) Yes, I haven't seen cavalho play on live TV before but I 've seen him on y*utube and other site. besides, he looks hell of a strong guy to me but khidera is a fragile looking dude and he's usually exposed against a technical team like Baca, Dortmun, AM . we don't need that kind of player.

1.) I rarely post, but I couldn't hold back on this! I am utterly disgusted that we allowed Fabregas to go to Chelsea. I agree we need strengthening elsewhere but my question is where is the £100m+ we know that Arsenal have to spend on players and that's not from the papers that's from the clubs financial report!
The talk is that Cazorla is wanted by Atletico, 22m euros being touted as the price. Why on earth we have not taken that and brought back Fab I have no idea. Cazorla to the best of my knowledge is on a 3 year deal, which means he is entering the final year this season, he has already stated he isn't sure about extending his contract with us earlier this season and bare in mind he will be 30 and we all know how that works at Arsenal. So why the hell we have not resigned Fab at 27 and we know he will not look to move elsewhere, I have no bloody clue!

please, did anyone know what has being the problem with Carzola of late? he hardly feature in our recent games
1.) Naija, he has an ankle injury mate but should be back within the next 10 days or so
2.) We are so good now he can't get a game :-) no listen to DG on this one

Respect to all the Eds, this window has turned out to be another historical one, I bet you that without Arsenal FC in Barcley Premier League, the league will be extremely boring. now we are still the talk of the league as always.
Please Ed, what is the situation about Park Chu Young and Bendtner, don't crucify me on this but my strong feelings tells me Bendtner will do a RVP this season if chance is given to.he will become the world greatest as he always claim if we work on his arrogance and selfishness to team mates while playing.
And lastly, Malaga Gooner, it seems your other Private Jet to convey the player from Germany will land next window?

Something is long missing in the team and I think Debuchy is giving us that now. Which ever team played against us in the past always believe that our right wing is vulnerable, and so they leave the mid field for us to operate. We are forcing our opponent to change their game plan now.
