Tuttosport via Teamtalk are claiming that Juventus are looking to buy Ozil for £29m. Never heard of them before so have no idea how credible they are. I assume it is utter nonsense like 95% of the current rumours relating to Arsenal

29m for Ozil? You can't buy Harry Kane for 29m.

Media saying we are interested in Gustavo today any truth Eds or is this just the usual nonsense linking us to every available player. Thanks.

Seamus Coleman signs new 5 year deal with Everton would have loved him at Arsenal. A lot of happy Everton fans.

Paul V

{Ed025's Note - there are paul.. :)

1.) He's ok but I'd prefer aurier

2.) Good player I just hope we get another half decent player and give some of our players a chance for a change, i.e. jenks

With Lewandowski saying there is no agreement in place with Bayern and he would love to play in the premiership Eds do you think Arsene Wenger will make a move for him in January. I think he is what we really need. {Ed044's Note - We knew there was no agreement with BM but he is not a player I see Arsenal moving for.}

Paul V

1.) If Lewandowski is any possibility then he would be devastating with the AMMO from MO!
Get yer dosh out AFC give him a large salary and signing on fee and get him here- .
The thought of having to choose who to leave out each week and to see the subs bench looking like a world class first team - salivating prospect!

Hi Eds I read that Alexis Sanchez has asked Arsenal to look at a move to Juventus for him before the window closes. Also read that we have put in a serious bid for Julian Draxler. Is Draxler a possible replacement for Sanchez. Thanks in advance.

Paul V

{Ed001's Note - I really wonder what people read! Sanchez has not asked to move to Juve, though he certainly would take the move if Juve stepped in for him. I don't know of any bid for Draxler in from Arsenal, I thought it was City, but I could be wrong, I haven't checked.}

1.) 19 Aug 2016 17:48:42
If Arsenal were to even consider letting Sanchez move this summer then Stan and Arsene would both be looking to leave in the very near future, on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being highly likely and 10 being no chance at alk I'd say the chances of this story being anything rubbish are about 100 billion.

Disaster Gabriel injured seems bad looks like a potential leg break. Hope he will be ok. More denfensive problems for us. Two defenders to sign now?

Paul V

1.) 07 Aug 2016 20:09:07
We have absolutely no choice but to sign 2 centre backs now. Looks like Per will be out until early 2017 and Gabriel could be longer, not that he'll be a miss anyway.

2.) 07 Aug 2016 20:09:37
yeah looks bad I think it was more like a knee Ligament which is worse than a break really could be few Months CB needed urgent.

Watched the game this evening sort of list for words at how pathetic we were. Gave the ball away so easily and did not fight for it back. Devoid of ideas of how to defend and we cannot score to save our lives. Huge boo from the crowd when Campbell was taken off. Not sue why we play Walcott he contributes nothing time for him to go. Sanchez Giroud Ramsey all out of form and look disinterested. Only person to blame is Wenger. Like many I think he is done even his protests during the match look pretty lame. I think our season is done 3rd or 4th place trophy again I hope. Spurs is huge for us now I really hope we turn up and get a result it's killing me they are ahead of us in the league and to lose to them on the weekend would put the final nail in our coffin for the league this year. Of all years this should have been our year but we are on the verge of blowing it.

Shocking performance tonight. Blame lies with Wenger. Why did we buy Cech and not play him in the biggest games. Very disillusioned with how we are playing and the lack of passion the players show for our great club. Besides Sanchez no one performed and Ozil was more of a hindrance. I am scratching my head in wonderment at that disaster tonight. got to say I thought the crowd at the Emirates were a disgrace when we needed that extra man they were not there to lift the players. Gutted to say the least and my 4 boys going to bed as cheesed off as their dad. Cannot see us qualifying now and hope Bayern don't hammer us.

What a joke, idiot for arguing with ref for giving decision against him, idiot for tackle. ref gave no warning 2 decisions 2 cards.
lesson is do not argue with referees! it's basic stuff from lamp post.

Celestyn, it was not because of Spurs it was in spite of them!

Difficult to understand why we would do this considering we are sitting on so much cash and the fact its £8m and not £20m which maybe understandable. If this is the case and he is a player Wenger really wants then its short sighted to say the least. I would not be surprised however based on our record in closing out deals to date unfortunately. :(

Will not happen none of these are good enough to manage Arsenal. If it does then it would be another step backwards. I would rather Wenger stayed!

I agree with everyone there except Ramsey. Why do you want to sell him?

I agree Red Dog that second goal by Messi was out of this world. For me Messi edges the Messi v Ronaldo debate.
