Ed in your honest opinion do you believe that arsenal will bring in a new attacking player? and has the interest in Pato stopped? the squad has done wonders over the last 12 months, however the loss of walcott is massive and even more so when things get serious at then end of the season. Ox and serg are good players but not going to create and score as many as walcott would have. we need someone who can perform now i'd we are seriously going to push for the EPL. I won't mention Draxler as you have said you think in the summer, But what a addition that will/would be.

Ed can I ask you about a player and if arsenal have ever been interested, John Guidetti at man city is a young striker with a amazing goal scoring record 19 in 19 for country and 24 goals in 34 app but is not even in citys squad. surly we should have a look at him?
if not any more in the pato rumour as he seems perfect fit, 24, played decent standard and also champ league. and despite what people say has a better goals to game ratio than the costa and levazzi and is younger

1.) I would much prefer Costa. Pato has been riddled with injuries recently and his goal record as of late has been poor. 9 in 30 in the brazilian league is pretty poor for a player rated as highly as him. Maybe i'm being harsh, I think he got a fair amount of assists, i'm just not a big fan. Guidetti is an different kettle of fish, however, for me at least. Strong, tall, agile. Showing great potential too. Would love to see him at the club.
2.) I see what you say about Pato, but if the rumours are ture and the fee is about 7-8 mill then its got to be worth a gamble, £32 million on Costa is more of a gamble at this stage as its his first real good season, let see hoe he finishes the season then go from there but for that money surley not now, look at benteke ect. have to be sure when talking about that sort of money.

Ed any truth in the €15m offer for Real Sociedad's attacking winger Antoine Griezmann? if so do you reckon we will up the offer to get him?
Also I've heard reports that a prem club ha put in a offical bid for Mata? do you know of any arsenal interest or this likely to be Utd?

1.) Very good player, bags of skill and has an eye for goal but RS value him at twice the amount we offered, so no chance.

Everyone keeps saying we struggled to finish 4th, yet didn't we only just finish behind 3rd. does that mean chelsea are poor as well, we had the 2nd best defense in the prem last season. where is the need to panic?
with the team and finiances he has had I honestly do not think another manager could have kept us competitive which we have been over the last 8 years, yes we have not won, the league or CL but we have no right to win those compititions with ll the other great teams in them, but we are competitive, look at Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool to see how far we could have fallen, then you will realise what a good job arsene has done.
Surley they will need moses for thier HG player quota, can they really bring in 4 players and let HG one go. could be a real poss for Mata surley. should be top target if poss, geat LM or played behind striker.
