1.) Ahhh. atlast something I could believe.
2.) What do you class as panic buy?
buying in the last week of transfer period or just buying a player?
3.) Both, who is left to buy?
4.) The purchase of any of those players will not qualify as a panic buy.

7.) I don't understand these "Panic" buys. People were on the fences, "Just buy someone!" But now its "oh no, its all panic buying now." All these people that we are linked to are good enough to fight for the starting position in the club.

rather than hyping the fans all transfer window now arsene panic buying lost out on players like higuen, rooney, gomez, benzema, etc

arsene is hyping the arsenal fans by bidding for suarez and claiming he was interested in rooney if he bid for rooney he would get him rather than wasting time on suarez

arsene was keen to bring rooney before any interest from chelsea. chelsea have bidded twice for him whereas arsene has not bidded at all. if arsene bidded 40 million on rooney he would get him rather than wasting time on suarez on fooling the fans will he get anybody?
