I think the club should consider selling Walcott, welbeck and the ox if we get around 15mil for each players all are squad players at best and are highly overpayed and not been performing we need upgrades proper players not speed merchants who can't cross or shoot also I don't think Theo or ox work hard enough defensively.

Theo got a big pay rise in the summer for?
Jacks just got one for the same reason as Theo surely mertesacker and Ox are over due one by those standards.

Sell 3 english players who add good depth? don't think so mate. Arteta and flamini and rosicky replacements will do fine and hopefully a replacement for caz such as isco.2 big signings would do us fine.

Agree with Laker,
Our only departures will be Wiggy, Flam and Rosicky.

'Squad players at best' are important. Admittedly, fit squad players are preferred but I for one want good squad depth because every season we seem to struggle when we lose a few first team players simultaneously. Selling both Theo and Walcott will leave us in a sticky situation should Giroud get injured or lose form.

We have the finances to at least keep onto players and not sell them before even upgrading. Players like Flamini should be sold, in my opinion, because he does not offer enough quality and shouldn't be considered, even as a squad player.

2 Theo's would be handy although maybe still not enough complete 30 games a season or turn up in more than 50% of games, I'm not sure it there's an FA ruling on the amount of Theo Walcott's you can have for 1 squad number but it could be worth finding out :-)

Sorted,
Sell Theo but keep Walcott.

Or, keep him and play Theo 1st half, Walcott 2nd half?

Surely not. As a club is only allowed 17 'foreign' players in their 25 man squad it makes no sense whatsoever to sell three of the homegrown contingent, bearing in mind that you have to replace them with fellow homegrown players.
I suggest that the players to depart may be:
Arteta
Flamini
Rosicky
Jenkinson.

To be fair this is the Ox first poor spell and he has age on his side still, for Theo it really is a case of if he can't do it by now when will he ever be able to.

Theo has been poor of late. But when he played as a striker earlier in the season, we could all see a very good player. It hasn't helped having all the injuries and Theo having to play left wing - not having a left foot hasn't helped. Steve r made the point a few days ago that it doesn't help players to not have a settled position in the team. This not only applies to Theo, but Aaron too.

We can only judge Theo has a striker - now with the injured coming back, hopefully we can see him vying for the striker role which helps competition and will give Giroud a breather.

So in summary, keep Theo, play in a forward role and reap the rewards!

To be fair earlier in the season when everyone ( almost everyone ) was fit Theo did look good up top and I totally agree if he's ever to be more than a just a half decent player its down the middle.
The problem we have is can he score the decisive goals in tight games when we're not at full strength or at our best to win us the title! Or is he a fair weather striker only?
