i think that along with a managerial and backroom staff change, we need a fan mentality and fan organisation change! we need an ultras group! we nees a guy shouting incomprehensibly into a megaphone, we need the whole bloody stadium standing, singing and shouting! we complain about our players being weak and switching off. guess what? their energy reflects ours! we need to show the club LOVE and DETERMINATION to go forward into a new era which is upon us. if we project the energy towards the field the players WILL pickup on it, they WILL show our LOVE back! this way we will truly make ashburton grove a HOME, a FORTRESS! it is what Wenger always wanted from us!
