fabregas nasri and cliche will all stay at least 1 more season
coming in will be premier league players, maybe not the glamourous players we all crave but who wants to sign for a club that don't win trophies??

Why do people keep wanting to see teams with Wilshere and Nasri in cm? That would get destroyed. We need a defensive midfielder alongside Wilshere.
I also don't understand the great desire for a goal keeper. Szczesney's stats are pretty good, he is getting better. Have to do what Madrid did with Casillas and trust him. Maybe, maybe bring Friedel in on a free as guidance. But the two poles in goal are fine for me.
As for who we will bring on I've posted before from one source but another source is swearing blind that we are looking at Lucio from Inter because they are bring Rannocchia through and are willing to let him go. Personally I don't believe that for a second. Any thoughts Ed? Seems unlikely aye?
Another equally odd rumour seems that we could bid £25m + Clichy + Denilson for Chiellini + Melo. Can't see why Juve would sell Chiellini but maybe money talks and CL football certainly does. ED thoughts? {Ed001's Note - there is a very good chance Lucio will make way this summer, but little chance of getting Chiellini.}

ed who do you think arsenal will sign honestle? also a bloke behind who sits behind me at arsenal's son says gary chaill to arsenall is a done deal with cesc, clichy, rosicky, diaby, fabianski, alumuina, eboue and denilson are all going {Ed002's Note - I can't see Honestle signing. He seems settled at the moment and would cost more than £20M. Anyone else would be pure conjecture at this time, but GK, CB, MF, ST, Wide is what is required.}

Nigel Reo-Coker to Arsenal. His agent was speaking to Arsenal representatives about a move after the Villa game. Apparently it is very likely he will be joining, not exactly what people on here are after (as in not 'world class') but it's from a good source and Wenger did try and sign him in 2006. It's more plausible than half the rumours here.
Anyways, it just what I've heard and within 2 hours of the game finishing. It may not happen but discussions have taken place.

It seems that Fabregas and Nasri have played their last game for the club. It is understandable the Cesc wants to go. He has proven round the world that he is WORLD CLASS but its just a shame he might not stick around to try and win something for Arsenal. Nasri on the other hand hasn't proven a thing to anyone in my opinion. He hasn't matured in to the world class player he can/ could be and we all know Arsenal is the best place to do that! If he leaves it will provide me with the impression of a money grabbing, sulking child who is no better than what he criticised Gallas for!
Get rid of the rest of the squad players too. E.g. Almunia, Squillaci, Clichy, Denilson, Diaby, Rosicky, Arshavin, Bendtner plus any other youngsters who need a loan move or those who need selling due to not making the grade.
Bring in some players who will fight for the club to win trophies: Given, Cahill, Baines, Parker, Sneijder, Hazard, Affellay and Falcao.
