Arsenal's company net debt is 135.6m, the stadium debt is at around 230m which is kept separate from other debt. Arsenal will be debt free in 2031.

THE FELLA IS RIGHT, ARSENAL'S STADIUM DEBT IS TREATED LIKE A MORTGAGE AND IS NOT CLASSED AS DEBT, WELL THAT IS WHAT GAZIDAS SAYS ANYWAY. ARSENAL OWE 135.6M WHICH IS NOT INCLUDING THE STADIUM DEBT, THE STADIUM DEBT WILL BE PAID OFF IN 21 MORE PAYMENTS, EVERY YEAR ARSENAL HAVE TO PAY 27M APPROX, 16.6M OF IT IS INTEREST PAYMENTS AND AROUND 10M IS PAID OFF OF THE STADIUM DEBT, SO FAR TWO PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN PAID SO 230 IS OWED AS THE DEBT WAS RE-FINANCED AT 250M BACK IN EARLY 2009.
THE 135.6M DEBT IS ARSENAL HOLDINGS COMPANY NET DEBT.
