The constant ridiculing of Aaron Ramsey is a joke. I mean he is 21 and has come back from a career threatning injury. His loan spell didn't go to well because of the weather and had to be put into our squad straight away due to injuries. I though that the start of the season that he was one of our better players. He has had a real rough patch and people are just having a go at him. I know he wasn't great but neither was Vermaelen or V.Persie do we say that we should loan them out too. I remember last week when we overtool the spuds and people were still going on about Ramsey. Ffs get a life people there was a stat I saw that said that Ramsey had scored the same amount of goals and had 1 less assist than '£40 million man' Luka Modric. On the game today I thought we were very flat but if we play at our best next sundaythen we will beat City who have Silva fatigued and Aguero probably out injured.

Get real. Our two winning streaks came this season when the lad was out injured. We have been playing with pace and intensity without him and are flat when he plays. The blame however lies with Wenger for playing him when he has the Ox and even Gervinho on the sidelines.

But he is crap?

He is a squad player at best and for the moment.

A squad player at this moment... where can i sign this

i would not condemn him... he may yet bring some succes to arsenal, but surely not in the form he is in at the moment

1. i would not play him as a starter
2. i would surely not play him alongside arteta and rosicky as they have similar role in the team (and both of them are better at it honestly)

as much as i respect wenger i must admit he got the tactics wrong yesterday... the players let him down too, but imo we shouldnt have changed the winning formation

Just not up to the mark at moment, too slow, no vision, does he ever make a tackle, what position was he playing, no backup to defence.... yes we were poor all over but when Ramsey in team were not good at all...

Couldn't really agree more with the above replies, without a doubt we play at our best when he is not in the line up. The fact that it is CONSTANT ridiculing should tell you something about his performances. You seem to be, putting it plainly, ignorant to the problem and not quite sure what you are talking about.

I would rather see coquelin in the side than ramsey. Actually, coquelin should come back and we should put ramsey on loan. that would make sense to me.

Does anyone think that its possible that Gotze signed a new contract so Dortmund where guaranteed a higher fee maybe with a release fee clause in his contract.

No. Cause Gotze recently said Dortmund is not finished yet and he wants part of this. He is a humble guy and cant think to have lied there.

Maybe. that is what the FC Porto did with Radamel Falcao. that thought came to my mind too.

But i still believe he will stay with Dortmund. why? because most of us germans have a different kind of mentality / loyalty towards the club we owe.

Dortmund ar building a great team that will compete with any epl team. A midfield of Kagawa, Reus, Gotze. No chance he will leave

Some things I can't believe from that first half:

1) I can't believe Ramsey starts when QPR skinned Liverpool last week.
2) I can't believe Rosicky is out wide. WTF. The only good passages we'vehad in this half have been when Rosicky's been in the middle.
3) I can't believe how sloppy Verminator was to let Taraabt through like that.
4) I can't believe how many times Sagna and Song have given the ball away. Also, why can't Sagna pass the ball in the air? Theo would have been through down the right about 4 times if Sagna put a ball in the air once in a while.
5) I can't believe I just heard the words "won fairly by Barton" come out of the commentator's mouth.
6) I can't believe we got an equaliser!

That's been a shocking half, petty embarrassing from a top 3 team. Zamorra and Taraabt are playing well and the players we need to deal with them aren't. That said, we've come back into the game and we ended the half much stronger than when we started. I expect a strong half time talk from AW and for the lads to romp it in the second half. Maybe some changes. The ox needs to come on. Rambo's been anonymous apart from one pointless shot. Theo's trying, which is great. We need to press more but stop being turned so easily. Be a bit calmer, stop rushing the long passes that aren't working and just think. We do this, we can nail them to the cross. COYG!

And the lads to romp it 2nd half..........
