Yann M'Villa, could be a very good back up to Le Coq, we have been linked in the past, is there any interest from Arsenal?

Also Samper noise has gone, we're we/are we still interested?

He had a shocking attitude when we wanted him originally, apparently.
He also has never reached the levels people suggested for him.
I know that Coquelin is proof that you can come good after a rough spell, but he's probably going to be a minority.

Personally, I'd like to see us get Asier Illarramendi.
He's a good player, just outshined by the many stars at Real.
He'd be a good back up to Le Coq, and apparently has been told he can leave.

Literally just heard this, arsenal in for Carlos Vela, Real don't want to sell but are having money problems and likely to accept

1.) I'm confused as to wether this is;

Or poorly informed?

If we wanted Vela back (not saying we don't) we have a set buy back clause of something like £4m (not entirely sure of exact price) that Sociedad would have to accept.
Doesn't mean Carlos would have to agree to move though, and he's apparently enjoying life there.

6.) This would make me angrier than today's result. We sell him, I believe for a loss, and then buy him back, probably more expensive than we got for him. Arsenal are a lost club and if this rumor is true it's yet another example which proves it.

Pellegreni recently praised Sanchez as the best player in England, are any Summer bids expected? Either from City or others maybe Bayern/Barca/Real

Signings very unlikely this Jan, We have shown in the past we are too one dimensional when negotiating, contract extensions are currently the order of the day, a triple announcement will come later this month to compensate for the lack of arrivals. Always been the plan, why else would contracts need to be renewed in Jan and not Nov/Dec/Feb/march

Wenger looking to strengthen 3 positions, CB/DM/FW

CB - Bid placed for Ashley Williams, Swansea very unlikely to sell as even if they get the £12 million they want, there isn't enough time to strengthen and Laudrup values team strength over the money (Rami is backup option)

DM - Wenger wants Lars Bender, he has already bid this summer and will return with an improved offer, he is confident of getting his man this is why he has allowed Capoue/Gustavo and several other DM targets pass

FW - Saurez is still the key target, improved offer due after Villa game, Matri and Osvaldo are now being considered as an alternatives

Arsenal move for Saurez looking increasingly unlikely due to Liverpool's unwillingness to sell, 3 bids have been made now all rejected out of hand, wenger starting look at other options, Muriel/Jackson MartinezDiego Lopez are now on the potentials list. Enquiries were made for Lewandowski and Reus but Dortmund made the decision to hold onto Lewandowski earlier in the summer and stuck by it, no interest in letting Reus go.

1.) Muriel looks decent and I like Jackson Martinez a lot. Isn't lopez a GK?

It seems a lot of time and energy has been spent on suraez- if its not going to any happen, let's move on and sign other targets. {Ed027's Note - Diego Lopez is a Gk for Madrid. I think the poster meant Lisandro Lopez who plays for Porto,i doubt he meant Maxi Lopez

He's too similar to Giroud and even less mobile, I can't see it, the reason didn't sign Ba was because Wenger said he is the same as Giroud
